Educational Qualification & Eligibility
Eligible officers working under the Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, autonomous bodies or statutory bodies on deputation basis. Post-wise qualifications include Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Law, professional qualifications such as CA/Cost Accountant/MBA (Finance), SAS/equivalent qualification, degrees in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, and Library Science qualifications, along with the prescribed post-wise service experience.
Selection Process
Selection on deputation basis through consideration of eligible and willing officers whose services can be spared immediately, subject to prescribed eligibility, cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, ACRs and other applicable deputation conditions.
How to Apply
Eligible and willing officers must submit the prescribed application form (Annexure-A) through the appropriate employer/cadre controlling authority along with attested copies of ACRs for the last five years, Vigilance Clearance and other required documents. Applications must reach the Member Secretary, National Legal Services Authority, 26 Jaisalmer House, Mansingh Road, New Delhi-110011, by 10-10-2026.
