Educational Qualification & Eligibility
Fresh Law Graduate or Post Graduate from a University/College recognized by the Bar Council of India. Students studying in the 5th year of a 5-year Law course or final year of a 3-year Law course may also apply, subject to passing the final-year LL.B. examination before engagement. The candidate must have passed all examinations in the first attempt with at least 60% aggregate marks. Candidates familiar with computers are preferred. Practising lawyers must have their candidature recommended by a designated Senior Advocate, while other applicants must have their candidature recommended by the Head of the last Law School/College/University attended. Candidates pursuing a postgraduate degree in Law or any other degree/programme requiring compulsory attendance are not eligible.
