Educational Qualification & Eligibility
A person who holds or has held any post under the Government and possesses a degree in law or is otherwise well experienced in relation to legal affairs to the satisfaction of the High Court. The person must be qualified for appointment as a Special Judicial Magistrate under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
Selection Process
Applications are scrutinized by the concerned District Judge, who forwards only suitable applications to the High Court with remarks. Final appointment is subject to the decision of the High Court.
How to Apply
Eligible candidates must submit the application in the prescribed format along with self-attested copies of the required documents to the District Judge of the district for which they are applying. Applications sent directly to the High Court will be rejected and will not be processed further.
