Educational Qualification & Eligibility
LLM with minimum three years' experience as Legal Advisor/Consultant of a Government Department, Autonomous Body of State/Central Government or PSU. Preference will be given to persons at the level of Under Secretary in the Central Government or equivalent in the State Government and above, having experience in dealing with departmental court cases and drafting agreements.
