Experience Required
Minimum 5 years' experience in handling legal matters in Government of India/PSUs/Companies or similar organizations. Practising Advocates with a proven track record may also be considered for engagement on a retainership basis. Excellent command over English is essential. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
Educational Qualification & Eligibility
Professional Law Graduate (minimum LL.B.) with extensive experience in dealing with legal matters of Government Organizations/Government Undertakings, including service matters, labour laws, land laws, liaison with PSUs/Central/State Government Offices, and hands-on experience in drafting and vetting legal documents.
